Near Carrick-on-Suir in Tipperary, this project focuses on rejuvenating a farmhouse and sheds, transforming them into holiday accommodations while introducing organic farming practices and mountain biking activities on the nearby Blueway. The restoration involves traditional stone repointing and contemporary additions with lime-based rendered walls. The extensive copper roof, set to patinate green,
