A Land registry compliant map is a detailed map used for Land Registration purposes. This is a detailed large-scale map that meets the specific requirements of the Property Registration Authority (Land Registry). These maps can be used to specify the exact location and boundaries of freehold or leasehold property. They can also be used for First Registrations, Subdivisions of Registered Property and Rights over Registered Property, etc.

When a property or part of a property requires a new title, the new plot needs to be lodged and approved by the Land Registry (Property Registration Authority).
 

We provide a complete service of site survey and confirm that the boundaries illustrated on the map match the actual boundaries (this is not always the case), we measure the site area and produce title maps for submission to the Property Registration Authority (Land Registry).

The registration of apartments can be a more complicated process as floor plans with co-ordinate detail are required to satisfy the requirement of the Property Registration Authority.
